      The secret to the best burgers are handmade burger buns from our own kitchen, high-quality beef from Finnish pedigree cattle, fresh ingredients, innovative solutions, and expertise. All of our burgers are also available as vegetarian versions with Tuba’s own fava bean burger patty. Tuba is invested in cultivating craftsmanship in all cooking. The latter price of a burger shown on the menu indicates a set meal with a potato or vegetable side dish of the customer’s choosing.

    • ARTISAN PIZZAS

      The pizza bases served at Tuba are a delicacy of our own making, baked using a 9-year-old sourdough starter that’s a mix of Neapolitan and American pizza culture. The flours we use include flour produced by Kinnusen Mylly at Utajärvi, and authentic Italian 00 flour.  We cold-proof our dough slowly over a few days, which gives it a deeper flavor and a slightly chewier texture. Because our pizzas are baked in an oven heated to over 400 degrees, darker spots form on the crust as the sourdough bubbles.  This ensures that the pizza tastes as good as possible.
